This garage was built to the owners specifications. We modified the Architects original design and enlarged the loft area to create a more dramatic setback for the garage doors. Also we replaced and relocated the proposed "Attic Ladder" with a proper staircase that does not interfere with vehicle parking and maximizes the garage and loft potential.
