This required the owner to live off-site for 3 months during the major re-construction. The foundation and two-bay garage were in great shape, but the rest of the house needed severe repairs and renovation. A new hydro service and natural gas line were brought in. We added the second floor to accommodate the owners hobbies and the unused basement is now fully insulated, and finished with a large fireplace for entertainment and relaxation.
